What You'll Do
- Direct and supervise the activities of all employees in the office

What You Bring
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or a related field; MSc, MA, or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the post-production industry (subtitling & dubbing)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicting priorities
- Strong people management experience in multinational, cross-cultural environments
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team of professionals
- Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
