Operation Executive Vietnam
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to fill the role of Operations Executive - Vietnam for
Hotel Link, based in Hanoi. You will work with the Market Managers and our team based in Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with hotel clients (mainly via mobile and email) to collect information relevant to the
services provided.
- Communicate and work with the Hotel Link team to fulfil the promised services to hotel clients.
- Utilise the online system of Hotel Link Solutions to create services (hotel website, booking
widget/engine, and integrate online travel agents accounts into the system).
- Service additional requests from clients during their use of Hotel Link Solutions services
- Provide Hotel Link Solutions system training to the client's designated staff.
- Collect customer lists and make cold calls to potential customers.
- Support Sales for maintaining and developing a good relationship with hoteliers.
- Conduct Rate & availability checks on the hotel's website and Online Travel Agents
- Support Accounting for payment matters.
- Be a medium for complaints and problems.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications and experience in the Hotel & Tourism Management sector would be preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Able to work under pressure and handle problems.
- Proficient in planning, organising and coordinating.
- Show strong initiative and creative skills.
- Computer proficiency in Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
