JOB OBJECTIVE (OPEN FOR ENTRY LEVEL): UPTO 15M
Ensure the smooth, accurate, and efficient operation of the expanded service ecosystem (focusing on Trade-in) across both platforms: Physical stores (Offline) and Mini App (Online). Closely control processes, financial risks, and maintain operational relationships with strategic partners.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trade-in Operations: Establish and supervise synchronized trade-in processes at shops and on the Mini App. Train store staff and collaborate with IT to optimize automated valuation tools.
- Mini App Management: Approve sales listings and control transaction flows between customers and dealers. Onboard and manage the operational performance of partners participating in the ecosystem.
- Financial & Risk Control: Supervise liabilities and perform revenue reconciliation.
- Partner Coordination: Work with purchasing/recycling units to optimize outbound inventory. Resolve operational issues and complaints arising between shops and partners.
- Analysis & Audit: Consolidate data to report on category indicators (Sales, Inventory, Margin). Directly conduct field surveys (Check-shop) to detect errors and standardize processes.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- Education: College/University degree (Economics, Business Administration, IT, Data, etc.).
- Experience: 13 years in retail chain operations, Trade-in, or App/CRM Ops. Knowledge of the used electronics market is a major advantage. (Fresher candidates with good logical thinking and strong data skills are accepted).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Large Data) for reconciliation and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL/BI (Power BI, Looker Studio) is a preferred plus.
- Mindset & Attitude:
- System operation mindset, sharp in detecting abnormalities, and quick problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination skills between departments: Shop Warehouse IT Partners.
- Meticulous, able to work under pressure, proactive, and ready for field trips.
