Job Description

Lead high-impact operational initiatives across multiple verticals (beBike, beDeli, beFood, beClean, etc.), focusing on performance optimization, process reengineering, system automation, and aligning strategic objectives with day-to-day execution through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive Operational Excellence (OE) programs that advance business goals, leveraging Agile/Scrum or structured project frameworks. Oversee the full initiative lifecyclefrom opportunity assessment and strategic alignment to solution deployment and measurable impact realization.
  • Operations Performance Management: Design and lead performance management systems tailored to operational teams, aligning KPIs and OKRs with executional excellence. Monitor key metrics, diagnose performance bottlenecks through root-cause analysis, and implement targeted initiatives to improve speed, efficiency, and service quality at scale.
  • Process Optimization: Map and standardize end-to-end workflows; develop leaner SOPs to boost efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and enhance experience for users and partners.
  • System & Automation Deployment: Work with Tech/Product/ CRM teams to co-develop internal tools, implement automation workflows, and integrate real-time performance dashboards.
  • CRM System Development: Collaborate on the development and enhancement of CRM features tailored for partner lifecycle management; ensure systems support segmentation, behavioral tracking, and personalized engagement.
  • Partner Retention Initiatives: Design and execute initiatives to boost engagement and retention across partner segments (e.g., driver, merchant, cleaner), leveraging data insights and behavioral triggers.
  • Ops-Led Product Improvement: Provide operational insights and user feedback to refine product featuresespecially within the partner-facing appto enhance usability and reduce friction.
  • Change Management: Lead cross-departmental efforts for change adoption in tools, processes, or team structure; ensure seamless rollout and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 35 years of hands-on experience leading operational projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to performance tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, service quality, and business outcomes.
  • Prior experience in technology companies, e-logistics, or e-commerce environments is strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Performance Management: Skilled in architecting and managing KPI/OKR systems that align with business goals; adept at diagnosing root causes and driving measurable performance improvements.
  • Analytical Insight & Implementation: Skilled at extracting actionable insights from operational data and converting them into practical, high-impact solutions. Proven experience in executing these solutions to improve performance and efficiency. Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; familiar with SQL, Looker, or BigQuery for advanced data analysis.
  • Project Leadership: Experienced in leading end-to-end initiatives using Scrum or structured project frameworks, with a focus on executional excellence and cross-functional alignment.
  • Structured Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and system-level analysis skills, capable of dissecting complex operational issues into clear, actionable solutions.

Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of operational workflows, performance levers, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
  • Familiarity with tech-driven platforms, logistics systems, or multi-service environments is preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Economics, or related disciplines.
