Job Description:

We seek a skilled Operational Development Executive to analyze, design, and implement strategies to optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive organizational growth. Responsibilities include process mapping, identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating customer growth and enhancing sustainable retention.
  • Manage customer/partner groups to ensure performance and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective promotional strategies to drive customer growth.
  • Monitor operational metrics and work with Data to analyze issues and propose fixes.
  • Coordinate with MKT, CS, Quality, and Product teams to resolve operational needs.
  • Execute weekly/monthly plans and support SOP improvements.
  • Identify and collaborate with potential partners to enhance customer benefits.
  • Research customer/partner insights and market trends to improve operations.
  • Track KPIs and support performance prediction models.
Requirements (No Experience Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Knowledge or strong interest in Operations, E-commerce or Logistics is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace; knowledge of SQL/Python is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to translate ideas into clear content or reports.
  • Energetic, creative, open-minded, and a good communicator.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Agile, adaptable, and willing to learn quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate well in a team.
