Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Cobi Work is looking for an energetic, community-driven, and highly organized Event & Community Operations Staff to help create engaging experiences for tenants, partners, and the business community. This role combines event planning, operational coordination, tenant engagement, and on-site execution within a dynamic coworking environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Event Planning & Execution

·      Plan and execute internal events, networking sessions, workshops, and community activities.

·      Prepare event concepts, agendas, communication materials, event flow, and operational checklists.

·      Coordinate event timelines, manpower allocation, vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

·      Collaborate with operations, marketing, and community teams to ensure smooth event execution.

On-site Operations Management

·      Oversee event setup, logistics, on-site coordination, and issue resolution.

·      Ensure event quality, operational standards, and positive tenant/member experience.

·      Support daily coworking operations and customer service activities when required.

Event-related Communication & Community Engagement

·      Support event communication before, during, and after activities.

·      Draft event-related materials include announcements, event briefs, MC scripts, agendas, and tenant communications.

·      Build positive relationships with tenants, partners, guests, and community members.

·      Monitor event feedback and recommend improvements for future programs.

Budget & Reporting

·      Support event budgeting, quotation collection, and expense tracking.

·      Prepare post-event reports, operational summaries, and performance feedback.

·      Assist with administrative and operational documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

·      Minimum 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, coworking operations, hospitality, customer service, community management, or related fields.

·      Experience coordinating with vendors, agencies, suppliers, MCs, partners, or influencers/KOLs is a plus.

·      Strong project management, multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer-oriented mindset.

·      Organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to work in fast-paced operational environments.

·      Able to handle operational pressure and manage deadlines effectively.

·      Good English communication skills, including basic writing and speaking.

·      Familiarity with social media, community engagement, and event operation tools is preferred.

·      Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or collaboration tools is preferred.

·      Creative mindset with strong sense of ownership and teamwork.

SALARY: Mininum 14.000.000 GROSS

·      Time to work:

Rotational working shifts:

- Shift A: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

- Shift B: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

- Saturday morning support shift (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM) will be rotated among team members

- 5.5 working days/week

·      Be available on-site during events or as requested by the Management Team to ensure smooth and successful event operations.
