Location: Hanoi
Operation and Capex Payment Accounting:
- Receive documents and check documents: Opex/ Capex debt
- Review department invoices to record expenses and debts
- Review GR/IR, long out advances/payables and propose solutions.
- Control and reconcile Opex/Capex debt periodically.
- Make internal reports: Payables, prepayments
- Advance and control sales expenses, management fees, operating expenses incurred during the period.
- Control data on employee advances, short-term deposits
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in asset/cost accounting.
- Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing companies, large corporations, using SAP system, or Big4.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good understanding of accounting rules and standards.
- Good Excel skills; able to analyze and summarize data.
- Careful, honest, responsible, able to work independently and in a team.
Language:
- English communication skills.
