Reporting to: Project Manager
Your responsibilities
- The mission of a BA is to work on the overall understanding of the project's business objectives and requirements and to ensure the development team gets the correct understanding of the project and requirements.
- Collaborate with Project Manager and/or Senior Business Analyst to:
- Gather business and system requirements from clients;
- Assist and consult clients in defining requirements and proposing ideas contributing values to the client projects;
- Engage with multiple project stakeholders;
- Develop robust and thorough analysis and visualizations of the end-user's journey flows;
- Write Agile user stories and work with clients on acceptance criteria;
- Work with the Project team (Developers, QA/ QC) to review and transfer requirements through the development life cycle;
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management;
- Support PM on the change management for the project from requirement clarifications to change approval to change implementation.
Highly desirable skills and competences
- 6 months - 2 years of experience
- Experienced with any collaborative interface design tools is a plus
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0
- Basic knowledge of UML, database, SQL, life-cycle software
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems
- Proficient in English is must
