III. Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute an advanced website strategy that enhances user experience and drives conversions, analyzing performance and recommending data-driven enhancements.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver captivating and search engine optimized website content.
  • Partner with the digital agency to develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across various platforms, targeting relevant audiences and driving measurable results.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, make data-driven adjustments, and optimize ROI across various paid media platforms.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation and performance of paid media campaigns and strategy, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs to drive engagement and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain an email marketing calendar to ensure timely and relevant communication with target audiences.
  • Develop and execute a sophisticated email marketing plan, focusing on segmentation, automation workflows, and performance measurement.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques and attribution modeling to gain a comprehensive understanding of audience behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology tools and platforms to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis, to gain a deeper understanding of audience behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present reports on digital marketing performance to stakeholders, highlighting key trends successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including website analytics, paid media platforms, email marketing tools, and other relevant sources, to derive actionable insights.
  • Establish a comprehensive reporting framework, including key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and regular reporting schedules.
  • Manage spending and budgetary constraints, optimizing investments for maximum impact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth.
  • Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members, regularly assessing and recognizing their contributions.

IV. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the Crypto, fintech, Game or technology sectors.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Knowledge of the Marketing Services industry, its regulations, and the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to handle complex tasks and prioritize under pressure.
  • Discretion and confidentiality of the highest level.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
