ONLINE SALES TEAM MANAGER

DESCRIPTON:

1. Strategy & Revenue Management

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual online business plans.
• Set KPIs for revenue, profit, and marketing spend.
• Analyze performance data and adjust strategies in a timely manner.

2. Operations & System Management

• Optimize operational processes, including order management, warehousing, accounting, and settlements.
• Manage operational risks and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with promotions and e-commerce regulations.
• Oversee inventory and sales performance across all platforms.

3. Channel & Marketplace Management

• Oversee all sales channels, including Shopee, Droppii, TikTok, and company website.
• Collaborate with marketplace KAMs and strategic partners.
• Propose pricing policies and sales programs to maximize performance.

4. Reporting & Financial Control

• Provide regular sales reports to the board of directors.
• Manage marketing expenses and discount policies.
• Analyze campaign ROI and overall investment efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Strong strategic thinking and system management capabilities.
• Excellent data analysis skills.

SALARY: NEGOTIATE (FROM 35.000.000 GROSS)
