DESCRIPTON:
E-commerce Store Operations:
· Monitor and manage stores on e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth sales operations, order fulfillment, and after-sales services in accordance with established procedures.
· Update pricing, inventory status, promotions, and product information across all platforms, especially for bulky, made-to-order, or project-based products.
· Coordinate with related departments to resolve issues related to orders, exchanges/returns, delivery, installation, and customer reviews.
Sales Programs & Promotion Management:
· Plan and propose product bundles, flash sales, and monthly campaigns suitable for kitchen equipment, furniture, and HoReCa customers.
· Support promotion preparation and setup in compliance with platform requirements and campaign timelines.
· Monitor, track, and report promotion performance and sales effectiveness.
On-platform Marketing Operations:
· Work closely with Marketing and Design teams to execute on-platform communication activities, including banners, product images, specifications, and content for technical or project-based products.
· Analyze traffic, click-through rates, and conversion rates to propose optimization strategies aligned with B2B and B2C customer behavior.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
· Manage sales, cost, inventory turnover, and conversion data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
· Prepare performance reports by product category, SKU, and product bundle, and recommend improvement actions.
· Consolidate customer feedback to suggest improvements in product content, pricing strategies, delivery policies, or after-sales services.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
· Coordinate with Logistics/Warehouse teams on campaign volume planning, stock availability, delivery schedules, and installation arrangements.
· Collaborate with platform CRM teams to improve store ratings, manage claims, and enhance overall customer experience.
· Work with the Accounting team on revenue reconciliation, receivables, and settlement of platform promotion programs.
· Prepare incident reports and propose corrective actions.
REQUIREMENTS:
· From 1-3 years of experience in Ho-re-ca/furniture/f&B,...field.
· Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially in handling complex or high-value orders.
· Solid data analysis skills with a good understanding of the e-commerce market, particularly in kitchen equipment, furniture, or HoReCa sectors.
· Experience with Droppii or similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
SALARY: NEGOTIATE (FROM 13.000.000 GROSS)
