Role Description
We are looking for an Online Sales Assistant Supervisor to act as a strategic bridge between Marketing and Sales. In this role, you will be the driver of our digital presence, directly operating major E-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Food, Grab) and executing multi-channel campaigns to boost revenue and brand competitiveness in the digital space.
Your Journey With Us:
- Content & Social Management: Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop engaging content, advertisements, and livestream scripts across assigned social media channels.
- E-commerce Operations: Manage and optimize platforms (Grab, Shopee Food, TikTok Shop, etc.) including product listings, pricing updates, promotion setups, and livestream sales.
- Omnichannel Marketing: Plan and execute promotional activities for retail channels via SMS, Zalo, Facebook, and other online platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor activities, report on channel performance, and analyze revenue data to ensure targets are met.
- Market Intelligence: Track and analyze competitor activities on social media to stay ahead of market trends.
- Customer Experience: Coordinate with Store Managers to promptly handle customer complaints and ensure service excellence.
- Project Support: Work with Marketing and relevant departments to communicate retail projects and initiatives.
Who we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in roles such as Sales & Marketing Assistant Supervisor or Online Sales Assistant Supervisor.
- Skills: Strong planning, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Mindset: Dynamic, creative, and quick to catch new market trends.
- Language: Good English communication is a strong plus.
- Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who can start immediately.
