Role Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and converting sales opportunities on the O2O (Online-to-Offline) platform. This role focuses on retaining and developing the existing customer base through proactive sales activities while also reactivating dormant or non-buying customers based on their shopping behavior. The position plays a critical role in building a pipeline of potential customers, supporting long-term business sustainability and market expansion.

1.Identify and Realize Sales Opportunities:

Proactively seek and convert sales leads for Digibox's offerings through telesales and digital channels in Vietnam and Cambodia.

2.Increase Digibox Awareness:

Support initiatives that strengthen Digibox's presence in the market through targeted messaging and customer interactions.

3.Write Sales Scripts & Answer Sheets:

Develop standardized call scripts and customer response guides to ensure consistent and persuasive sales communication.

Ensures the telecalls activities deliver consistent, high-quality customer engagement.

4.Implement Sales Strategies:

Apply approved sales strategies and adapt them based on customer behaviours insights and market feedback.

5.Maintain Customer Relationships:

Ensure regular follow-up and care for existing customers to support retention and repeat business.

6.Handle Escalated Customer Complaints:

Manage complex customer issues that are elevated beyond frontline agents, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

7.Compile and Present Sales Reports:

Analyze sales data, track performance trends, and prepare regular reports for management with actionable insights.

Qualifications

Education bachelor's degree majoring in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related major.

Experience Minimum 2 years of Telesales experience essential

Strong communications, experiential sales activities on telemarketing platforms

Good communication (English is preferred)

Retail experience
