Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Offshore Fund Operations Officer/Senior Officer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role entails managing and coordinating the daily operational and administrative activities related to offshore fund management. Responsibilities include overseeing fund operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, analyzing fund performance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as banks, custodians, and auditors.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for offshore fund administrators, custodians, and transfer agents, ensuring effective coordination and service delivery.
- Monitor fund operations activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established controls and procedures.
- Support regulatory requirements, and coordinate regulatory filings and audits.
- Maintain and monitor fund data, investor records, and documentation to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
- Prepare investor presentations, factsheets, and periodic fund reports, ensuring timely and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute business development initiatives, including investor meetings, roadshows, seminars, and product launches
- Support ad hoc strategic and operational projects within a dynamic and fast-paced asset management environment.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, or asset management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience with offshore fund structures (e.g., Cayman, BVI, Luxembourg) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
