Your Job

The primary purpose of the Officer, Warehouse role is to support the Warehouse Manager in logistics operations and oversee the efficient management and operation of the warehouse while ensuring compliance with company policies, international standards, and local laws.

Our Team

The Officer, Warehouse will be part of the DSS division in Vietnam, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. The role involves interacting with all internal sections of the company, vendors, suppliers, customers, and Molex entities.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise warehouse team and inventory control, ensuring delivery performance and compliance with Molex regulations and international/local laws.
  • Oversee warehouse operations such as goods receiving, storage, issuing, packing, delivery, and administration within SAP/ITS systems while adhering to ISO, EMS, TS16949, CSR, and RBA standards.
  • Implement policies, procedures, processes, and instructions to optimize resource usage and improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Act as a coordinator for inventory stock-taking and warehouse reporting.
  • Manage and maintain warehouse facilities, including forklifts and barcode systems, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Train, coach, and assess the performance of subordinates.
  • Contribute to achieving section goals related to quality and delivery performance.
  • Ensure compliance with 7S, KAIZEN, Environmental Health Safety, RBA, and social responsibility standards.
  • Support and contribute to Molex's Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • College degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or related field.
  • Skilled in English (oral and written).
  • Strong knowledge and skills in manufacturing processes and warehouse management.
  • Work planning, problem-solving, training, coaching, and leadership.
  • Familiar with ISO standards, CSR requirements, and RBA compliance.

  • Advanced understanding of procedures, processes, standards, and instructions creation.
  • Expertise in Kaizen and innovation practices.
  • Strong performance assessment capabilities.
