Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

- The job holder responsible for manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer management. - The job holder will work closely with business divisions to execute the bank&aposs talent demand by identifing, attracting, and hiring the top talent for the bank

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management

- Create pipeline for passive candidates via different platforms and techniques, with the support of Team Lead, Manager

- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes

- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles

- Demonstrate judgment and accuracy in assessing potential candidates against requirements

- Support candidate management throughout the recruitment process and coordinate with the Onboarding team in accepting new employees to ensure the best experience for new hires

- Proactively build candidate talent pools for all positions in charge

- Ability to communicate the job opportunities in an attractive way to attract talent

2. People, Process, and Technology

- Update the recruitment report for respective hiring division, including difficulties and solutions to ensure progress in line with/or exceed SLAs

- Quickly adapt to new standards, tools and technologies applied to the HR department. Champion the use of ATS (Application Tracking System) for day-to-day work. Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.

3. Employer Branding

- Market Techcombank roles and opportunities including describing our culture, organization to potential

candidates. Be the banks ambassador for the employment brand.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Domain Expertise:

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with a good mix of in-house and agency experience, preferably within financial services

- Strong knowledge of the local recruitment market; with good understanding of skills and capabilities required for specific function / domain

- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring divisions

- Experience in using various recruitment tools and effective hiring processes to drive successful outcome

- Proactiveness, ability to take initiative, and comfort working independently to drive toward results; Ambitious and resilient.

Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree from reputable universities Training/Qualifications in HR will be an advantage

- Strong communications skills. Proficient in Vietnamese (Written, Spoken). Conversational English (TOEIC 450 equivalent).
