Your Job

As a General Affairs Officer, you play a key role in creating a well-organized, compliant, and efficient workplace. This position supports daily operations by managing office resources, coordinating external services, and ensuring General Affairs activities align with company policies, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our Team

You will be part of the General Affairs team, working closely with GA leadership, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. The team partners across functions to ensure smooth facilities operations, effective employee services, and a safe and productive working environment.

What You Will Do

  • Support a well-functioning workplace by coordinating procurement and vendor activities related to factory supplies (canteen, security, transportation), uniforms, and stationery
  • Ensure employees are properly equipped by managing uniform issuance, return, and compliance with company guidelines
  • Enable reliable day-to-day operations by coordinating service teams, including drivers, cleaning staff, and clinic personnel
  • Partner with GA supervisors to manage subcontracted services such as security, canteen operations, and other external suppliers
  • Strengthen team capability through training, coaching, and performance assessment of assigned staff
  • Maintain smooth financial operations by preparing and processing GA-related payment requests
  • Promote a safe, compliant, and high-quality workplace by supporting initiatives related to 7S, KAIZEN, EH&S, RBA & Social Responsibility, and asset protection
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aligned with TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S standards

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • College degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in General Affairs or administrative roles within foreign-invested manufacturing company
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and basic presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

What Will Put You Ahead


  • Practical knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
  • Familiarity with workplace compliance frameworks such as 7S, KAIZEN, or EH&S
  • Experience leading, training, or coaching service or support teams
