Your Job
As an EHS Officer, you will oversee environmental compliance, workplace safety, and sustainability initiatives across the plant. You will play a key role in implementing ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and CSR/RBA requirements while ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency.
Our Team
You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for environmental management and workplace safety, collaborating with suppliers, local authorities, and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment.
What You Will Do
- Act as a management representative, leading environmental and safety audits while reporting findings.
- Define and execute implementation plans for environmental and safety compliance, including internal and external audits.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement.
- Supervise waste treatment and disposal suppliers to ensure legal compliance.
- Serve as a member of the 5S and CSR committee, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Act as a safety officer within the plant and support cross-plant initiatives for horizontal expansion.
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and deliver training plans for employees and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and safety goals.
- Support Molex's Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- University degree.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing companies.
- Certified knowledge in ISO14001, OHSAS18001, CSR, and RBA.
- Experience in auditing and lead auditor responsibilities.
- Certified safety officer with strong risk assessment and analytical skills.
What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)
- Degree in Environmental Engineering.
- Expertise in Kaizen, basic management principles, and coaching skills.
- Strong background in on-the-job training and leadership development.
