- Data preparation for group reporting & source system testing

THE JOB:

1. Monthly data collection & preparation:

- Provide data requirements as per functional specification templates required by GO

- Check and reconciliation to deliver finance data and other extractions for end system

- Maintain data mapping tables & take care Finance data pool to meet Data Health check

- Data quality assurance and defect fix, mapping validation and manual preparation

- Support team members to follow up list of outstanding issues with other stakeholders and solve any issue from different items of validation or reconciliation process

2. UAT for system enhancement:

- Provide requirements for the enhanced source systems, arrange/monitor development, validation/UAT, data quality

- Understand the impact & Coordinate with team members for conducting UAT

- Join and arrange local team member to join the process of SIT and UAT

- Support team members to follow up list of outstanding issues with other stakeholders and solve any issue from different items of validation or reconciliation process

3. Finance system data management:

- Support team members in process automation

- Cleaning up any missing data or unclear data (if any)

4. Other ad hoc projects

THE PERSON:

- B.A Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics

- 1 to 3-year experience in finance, accounting, investment

- Problem solving skill

- Logical thinking

- Teamwork spirit

- Can-do attitude

- Strong knowledge of data and system is an advantage

- Power Query, Python, Macro,

- Insurance accounting is an advantage
