About The Role

We're seeking a proactive and resourceful Office Manager who can seamlessly manage daily office operations while fostering a positive workplace culture. If you're highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Facility Management
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
  • Manage space planning, seating arrangements, and office upkeep.
  • Coordinate with vendors and building management for maintenance and service needs.
  • Vendor & Supplies Management
  • Source and manage vendors for office services (cleaning, security, etc.).
  • Track office supplies, equipment, and pantry items.
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee vendor contracts.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
  • Train staff on safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and C-level support.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and visitor logistics.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Organize team-building activities and seasonal events.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to maintain a positive work culture.
  • Budget & Cost Management
  • Develop and monitor office budgets.
  • Process purchase requests and provide financial reports.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in office/facilities management, with at least 2 years in a manager role, ideally in a tech or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Bonus points if you're an Excel wizard or can charm your way through project planning chaos.
