As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our workplace and supporting our growing organization. You will oversee Procurement & Administration, Vendor & Office Supplies Management, Facilities & Asset Management, and Travel & Badge Services, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and sites.
This role suits an experienced and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and takes ownership of delivering operational excellence and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager (or equivalent) in an IT outsourcing or similar company.
- Experience in organizations with 5001,000 employees.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of managing multi-site operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general workplace technology.
- Fluent in English (Chinese proficiency is a strong plus).
- Preferred:
- Experience in multinational or fast-growing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
