Format: on-site, Da Nang, Vietnam, full-time Company: Prosox (prosox.io) Industry: proxy infrastructure, B2B tech
About the Company
Prosox builds proxy infrastructure for SaaS services, data companies, antidetect browsers, and digital teams. Our core product is rotating residential proxies with pay-per-GB pricing. We operate internationally across the US, Europe, UK, Canada, and Australia. The team is 14 people and growing fast. We're now entering the Vietnamese market and opening an office in Da Nang.
Who We're Looking For
We need a leader to run our Da Nang office and build a local team of 23 people from scratch to launch Prosox in Vietnam.
Vietnam is home to a massive MMO (Make Money Online) ecosystem: hundreds of thousands of people farming accounts, running traffic arbitrage, multi-accounting on marketplaces, and crypto farming. All of them use proxies daily. The market is active, competitive, and growing.
The role is about understanding our product and processes, hiring the right people, organizing their work, and delivering results. This isn't about sitting in an office and supervising. It's about building a working business unit in a new country: from hiring and training a team to landing the first sales and partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Learn the Prosox product and processes inside out. We have established workflows across three areas: buying ads from influencers, building partnerships with companies (BD), and driving sales through forums. You'll need to deeply understand all three, adapt them to the Vietnamese market, and hand them off to your team.
- Hire 23 team members. These are the people who will work the Vietnamese market day-to-day: maintaining presence on local forums (MMO4ME, TapHoaMMO, etc.), reaching out to partners and influencers through Zalo, buying ads, handling inbound inquiries, offering trials, and closing sales.
- Manage the team and deliver results. Set tasks, track execution, resolve blockers, prioritize efforts based on performance. We have a daily reporting system (morning plan / evening report) that you'll implement and enforce.
- Adapt our approach to the local market. Vietnam isn't a copy of Western markets. Different platforms (Zalo instead of Telegram), different forums, different payment culture, different communication norms. You need to understand these differences and adjust the strategy accordingly.
- Communicate with the core team. Report regularly to leadership, align on strategy, escalate decisions that need input from above. All internal communication with the Prosox team is in English.
What matters
- Strong conversational English is a must. All internal communication with the Prosox team is in English. You need to be comfortable speaking, explaining context, and discussing strategy on calls and in writing.
- People management experience. You've hired people, set goals, and held them accountable. Doesn't have to be large teams, but you need to know how to get results out of 23 people consistently.
- Digital marketing knowledge. Understanding of how forums, influencers, affiliate programs, and sales funnels work. Experience in affiliate marketing, MMO, or related niches is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese market. Understanding where the target audience lives online, which platforms work, how to communicate with Vietnamese partners and clients. Vietnamese language skills are a plus but not required if you can effectively manage a Vietnamese-speaking team.
- Self-sufficiency. This is a remote office operating away from the core team. There won't be daily micromanagement. We need someone who takes ownership, makes decisions, and drives results. Discipline over the long run beats talent every time.
What We're NOT Looking For
- Someone who waits for detailed instructions at every step. We have processes and market research ready, but adapting and executing is on you.
- Someone without management experience. This is not an individual contributor role. You need to hire, train, and lead.
- Someone who isn't willing to deeply understand the product. A manager who doesn't know what the team is selling can't manage the team.
What We Offer
- Office in Da Nang, Vietnam. Full-time position.
- Direct communication with the CEO and Head of Marketing.
- Budget for hiring a local team.
- Ready-made Vietnamese market research, documented processes, and tools for working with partners and clients. You won't be starting from a blank page.
- A real opportunity to build a business unit and become a key person in the company in one of the most promising markets.
How to Apply
Send us a message. In your response, tell us:
- What management experience you have. How many people reported to you, what they did, and how you organized their work.
- Whether you have experience with the Vietnamese market or the MMO/affiliate space. If not, how would you approach getting up to speed on an unfamiliar market.
- Imagine this: you hired someone two weeks ago. Results are below expectations, morning plans are generic, evening reports are incomplete. What do you do
No formal CV needed. We want a specific answer that shows how you think and how you manage.
