Being in charge of leading and motivating the sales, and following the marketing strategies in line with company vision and agreed yearly business development plans
Developing the operational plans including the financial controls, sales targets and marketing objectives to ensure the growths plans are effectively managed and achieved.
Strong leadership and skills as well as excellent customer management relationship in relation with the companies and relevant organization, taking over the direct management of all branch's activities in the achievement of business goals and company image.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of management experience in Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or Trading industries. Prefer candidates have experience at the same position.
Experience managing multi-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics, Administration).
Experience in budgeting, P&L management, sales planning, and business development.
