Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including facilities, vendors, supplies, and office policies
- Track office budgets, expenses, and invoices related to administration
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries (policies, benefits, procedures)
- Support and ensure HR processes comply with Vietnam labor laws
- Coordinate with regional and global HR teams to align HR policies and processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, HR administration, or similar roles
- Good knowledge of Vietnam labor law, HR practices, and benefits administration
- Strong communication skills in English (preferred Chinese speaking)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
