About the Client

Our client is a Nasdaq-listed global automotive technology company, specializing in smart vehicle platforms, in-car cockpit systems, automotive software, and intelligent mobility solutions.

The company works closely with leading global OEMs and premium automotive brands, delivering next-generation technologies that power connected, electric, and intelligent vehicles worldwide. While originating from a strong automotive ecosystem, the company operates independently with a clear global expansion strategy, serving multiple automakers across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations including facilities, vendors, supplies, and office policies
  • Track office budgets, expenses, and invoices related to administration
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries (policies, benefits, procedures)
  • Support and ensure HR processes comply with Vietnam labor laws
  • Coordinate with regional and global HR teams to align HR policies and processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, HR administration, or similar roles
  • Good knowledge of Vietnam labor law, HR practices, and benefits administration
  • Strong communication skills in English (preferred Chinese speaking)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
