WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Office Operations & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage office supplies, pantry, stationery, equipment, and workspace setup
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, cleaning, water, courier, taxi, and other monthly services
  • Track office assets and ensure timely repairs or replacements

Onboarding, Offboarding & IT Coordination

  • Prepare desks, laptops, access cards, and basic setup for new hires
  • Collect equipment and cards during offboarding
  • Liaise with IT on simple troubleshooting and ticket followups

Administration, Documentation & Approvals

  • Support document submission, filing, and monthly admin processes
  • Manage mail, courier packages, and interoffice document flow
  • Assist with routine finance/ops paperwork (requests, approvals, small purchases)

Meeting & Event Logistics

  • Arrange meeting rooms, training logistics, materials, refreshments
  • Support internal engagement activities and office events

General Support Activities

  • Assist with travel arrangements, scheduling, and adhoc tasks
  • Provide daytoday support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Coordinate daily tasks and collaboration with the office maid to ensure a clean and wellmaintained workspace

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • College graduate or higher
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Clear and accurate communication in English
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Responsible, detailoriented, and solutionfocused
  • Able to manage vendors, documents, and multiple small tasks independently
