Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing letters and distribute letters to relevant departments
Manage lobby area and welcome guests
Manage reception tasks
Manage the company's facilities, ensure the office is running properly
Manage and carry out inspection of office matters related to safety, protection, hygiene ...
Monitor the office stationery, pantry and facilities
Manage, receive, collect and do the payment requests for office's related costs: rental fee, electricity, water, telephone charges, taxi and other expenses
Book airplane tickets and accommodations for employees
Arrange meetings and support Managers
Other office tasks requested by Office Manager
Requirements
Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in Administration
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Enjoy working with people and building relationships, but can also work independently
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
Flexible working time
