Your Core Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable & Financial Management
- Direct the end-to-end AP workflow, ensuring all supplier and partner disbursements are executed promptly and without error.
- Perform routine financial reconciliations covering corporate banking activities and digital transaction gateways (such as Payoo and VietQR).
- Monitor operational spending against our financial plans, identifying variances and proposing effective cost-optimization strategies.
2. Compliance & Expense Auditing
- Function as the primary checkpoint for all internal expenditures prior to fund release.
- Thoroughly review supplier agreements, logistics tariffs, and team member expense reports (including travel and overtime claims).
3. Procurement & Facility Administration
- Direct the documentation and administrative processes for securing daily floral inventories.
- Maintain strong collaborative ties with our vendors, issue Purchase Orders (POs), and secure advantageous credit terms—particularly leading up to major retail surges like Tet, Valentine's Day, and Women's Day.
- Take charge of tracking general office equipment, inventory, and facility assets.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Professional Background: 2 to 3+ years of practical experience in Accounts Payable, internal finance, or a blended Office Admin/Accounting capacity.
- Personal Attributes: You showcase solid English communication, exceptional organizational habits, and a keen eye for detail.
