We are looking for aQuality Management System Specialist to join our team in Odeon Tours DMC Vietnam, Nha Trang.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering,
  • Experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementation and certification processes; preferably knowledgeable about ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System,
  • Strong analytical mindset, organizational awareness, reporting, and leadership skills,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Advanced proficiency in English (Speaking, Writing, Comprehension),
  • No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
  • No military obligations.

Job Description

  • Developing quality standards within business processes.
  • Contributing to the design and development of competitive business processes that deliver high-quality outputs aligned with international standards.
  • Establishing coordination on quality management between the holding headquarters and its subsidiaries.
  • Managing audits, training, performance monitoring, and reporting related to management systems.
