We are looking for a Operations Assistant Specialist to join our operation team in Nha Trang, Vietnam destination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 12 years of experience in tourism operations or a similar role
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and full execution of all operational services, including Tours, Transfers, Vehicles, ISH, Airport, and Flight services
  • Assist in the daily planning and monitoring of tour and transfer operations
  • Coordinate effectively with suppliers, drivers, guides, airport teams, and internal departments
  • Follow up on booking confirmations and ensure service accuracy and quality standards
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
  • Handle last-minute operational changes and provide effective problem-solving support
  • Support operational reporting, documentation, and record-keeping processes
  • Maintain smooth communication and workflow between internal teams and external partners
