We are looking for a Human Resources & Administrative Specialist to join our team in Nha Trang, Vietnam destination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Vietnam
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and related regulations
  • Experience handling foreign employee legal documentation and procedures
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and relevant regulations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and prepare employment contracts
  • Coordinate payroll processes and handle social insurance procedures
  • Process and follow up on work permits, visas, and Temporary Residence Cards for foreign employees
  • Manage all legal documentation related to foreign employees
  • Oversee and maintain office administrative operations and procedures
  • Ensure proper record-keeping of employee files and HR documentation
  • Support internal HR processes in alignment with company policies and local regulations
