Job Description

DatVietVAC Group Holdings is looking for an O2O Manager (Online to Offline) within Content Hub to convert the reach and engagement generated by content, programs, and artists into concert ticket and merchandise revenue. The role is responsible for building and managing the conversion funnel from communication to purchase, while developing audience experiences and fan communities around programs and concerts.

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. CONCERT TICKET MARKETING (35%)

  • Develop communication and conversion plans for each ticket sales window, including weekly conversion targets and milestones.
  • Take ownership of ticket revenue targets for assigned concerts.
  • Monitor ticket sales performance and proactively adjust communication and conversion strategies throughout each sales window.
  • Work closely with ticketing partners, distribution platforms, and concert organizers to ensure effective ticket sales execution.

2. CONCERT COMMUNICATION & CAMPAIGN ACTIVATION (20%)

  • Design and execute communication activities that create strong moments, drive audience interest, and encourage ticket purchases for each concert.
  • Collaborate with content teams and relevant functions to execute communication activities across platforms.
  • Leverage content, artists, and key program assets to create touchpoints that drive conversion from online engagement to offline attendance.

3. AUDIENCE EXPERIENCE & EVENT ENGAGEMENT (20%)

  • Design and organize audience touchpoints at concerts and offline events.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure a consistent audience experience before, during, and after each event.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze on-site audience feedback to identify insights and recommend improvements for future programs and events.

4. FAN COMMUNITY & MERCHANDISE DEVELOPMENT (20%)

  • Develop and maintain engagement activities for fan communities around programs, concerts, and artists.
  • Work with business partners and relevant teams to develop and execute merchandise initiatives.
  • Track merchandise sales performance and relevant commercial metrics, and recommend actions to improve business performance.

5. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES (5%)

  • Perform other duties related to the above responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and activities to achieve the business and operational objectives of Content Hub.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • 6–8 years of experience in event marketing, concerts, entertainment, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • At least 3–4 years of management experience, with direct ownership of revenue, sales, or conversion targets and experience managing a team.
  • Experience working on ticket sales for large-scale events or concerts with 10,000+ capacity is preferred.
  • Strong ability to design and manage conversion funnels from communication and audience engagement to purchase.
  • Good understanding of event marketing, audience experience management, and community building.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer/audience sales channels.
  • Ability to use AI for audience segmentation and personalized communication across different audience groups.
  • Ability to apply AI to forecast ticket sales performance and identify early signs of underperformance.
  • Ability to use AI to classify community feedback and generate audience/fan insights after events.
  • Strong commercial mindset, results-oriented approach, and willingness to take direct ownership of revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with Business, Technology, Production teams, and external partners.
  • Good understanding of fan behavior and strong ability to build and engage communities.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure during ticket sales windows and event periods.
  • Willingness to work outside regular office hours when concerts or events take place.
  • Proficient in MS Office and campaign management, conversion tracking, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Good command of English, with the ability to work with partners and vendors.
