RHS Job Title Nutrition and Menu Systems Specialist Job Description
Location: 1855 Place
Payrate: 22.00/hr
As a Nutrition and Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing nutrition support services to the university and community, as well as maintaining data for the menu management systems in Culinary Services.
This Role Includes The Following Responsibilities
- Support the CS Dietitians in working with students to provide individual dietary plans.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition education programs.
- Develop and produce instructional material for staff to provide step by step walkthroughs for menu management systems.
- Compile and review nutrition information to distribute it to students and University employees.
- Assist with menu management systems data entry and oversight, ensuring there is accurate and timely information available.
This Role Will Interact With The Following Personnel
- Supervisor/Co-workers – to discuss decisions affecting the identification and achievement of program goals and objectives.
- Clerical Staff – to request support services.
- Students, staff and community – to assist with utilizing tools and resources to safely dine on campus.
- Procurement Team – to maintain accurate records within the menu management system.
Required Qualifications
- May require valid vehicle operator's license where needed to perform duties of the position.
- Knowledge of basic personal computer terminology and operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human nutrition or related field
- Experience using CBORD FSS and/or NetMenu menu management system
