NPI Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an NPI (New Product Introduction) Project Manager, based in Hung Yen. The NPI Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end introduction of new products, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines from conception to delivery. Responsibilities include leading program planning, collaborating with R&D teams, managing supply chain operations, and ensuring smooth communication among internal and external stakeholders to meet project milestones and objectives.

• Strong Program Management skills, including planning, prioritization, and execution
• Proficiency in Project Management practices to drive cross-functional alignment and meet deliverables
• Experience with Research and Development (R&D) processes, including collaboration with technical teams
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management to streamline processes and optimize resources
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience working in the manufacturing or technology industry is an advantage
