Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, within the Nonbank Financial Institutions (NBFI) segment at ACB. The role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with nonbank financial institutions, including finance companies, securities firms, insurance companies, and other specialized financial entities. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining relationship with clients, analyzing client's demands, and monitoring portfolio performance. The role also involves supporting financial planning for the NBFI portfolio, coordinating with internal departments on product structuring and risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The team member will contribute to reporting, market research, and the development of tailored financial solutions that align with ACB's customer-centric and risk-managed approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to understand banking and nonbank financial institution products.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Reporting, including interpreting financial statements and preparing structured analyses.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in corporate banking, NBFI coverage, credit analysis, or risk management is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with local banking regulations, risk management frameworks, and credit approval processes is beneficial.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); English language skills are an advantage.
