Job Description
Develop Nodejs applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, implement, test, and support new features.
Develop the most effective technical solutions to meet business requirements.
Participate and lead project estimating activities, software design reviews, code reviews to ensure that solutions are designed to meet business needs.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and recommend new technologies to ensure quality and productivity.
Analyze and troubleshoot application issues in a timely.
Report directly to the supervisor(s) and project manager if required.
Your Skills and Experience
At least 2 years of experience in modern web development technologies and have strong knowledge of NodeJS (ExpressJS, SocketIO).
Experience in Web Services (RESTful, SOAP).
Experience in MySQL, SQL Server.
Experience in Git, SVN.
Participate in sprint planning meetings and provide effort estimates for JIRA tickets.
Solid understanding of cross browsers/cross-platform compatibility issues.
Able to work independently as well as in collaborative mode with minimum supervision.
Good written and reading skills in English.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in working with any frontend side of AngularJS, and ReactJS is a big plus.
Experience in any Bootstrap, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, or XML is a plus.
Experience in working with any backend side of NestJS, EggJS is a big plus.
Good verbal skill in English is a plus.
