In 2012, Marina Landscape, Inc. decided to start business in Vietnam by opening an office in Ho Chi Minh city, called Marina Vietnam. Our core services include, but not limited to Cost Estimating and Landscape construction service.
Job Description
- Ability how to read, analyze and understand all details, notes information on a landscape construction field that is provided in drawings specifications.
- Perform quantity take-off, tasks by counting number and measuring objects on drawings. Provide cost and profit estimate of construction projects with precise quantity. Coordinate with team members to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Must meet deadlines and stay late as required.

Job Requirement
- Graduated from College/ University, accept new freshers
- Must be able to speak, write and understand fluently English, TOEIC 550 or above
- Basic Math and Computer skills is required
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel..)
- Able to work well under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
