We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and highly driven individual to serve as NGS Laboratory Manager. The successful candidate will oversee NGS laboratory operations, optimize laboratory workflows, and collaborate effectively across multiple functions, including Operations, IT, Logistics, and Research & Development.

Key tasks

• Set up a new NGS laboratory in Vietnam


• Overview and coordination of the entire laboratory process and workflow


• Development and optimization of laboratory processes


• Coordinating technology transfer


• Coordinating software development (LIMS) based on the laboratory's and logistics needs


• Resource planning and negotiation with laboratory material suppliers


• Daily international communication with all stakeholders

Your profile:

• Higher education degree (biotechnology, biochemistry, biology, medicine


• Proven working experience as a laboratory manager or a relevant role


• Experience and knowledge of NGS technology and laboratory workflow


• Proven leadership skills, ability to work in a team, yet be able to act independently with key stakeholders


• Troubleshooting skills are a must!


• Proficiency in English is a must, any additional language is a plus
