Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Introduction Engineer, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves managing end-to-end product development processes, sample building, testing, and product launch. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams on new product designs, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The engineer will also evaluate production processes, analyze technical data, and implement improvements for seamless introduction of new products to manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with design and manufacturing processes, especially related to wiring harnesses and electrical sub-assemblies, is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field) is preferred
- Experience working with industries such as automotive, appliances, and industrial equipment is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and continuous improvement.
