New Product Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Development Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The New Product Development Manager will lead projects related to the research and development of new products and services, evaluate and implement food technologies, ensure compliance with industry standards, and work closely with cross-functional teams. The role also involves overseeing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to innovation goals within the food industry.

• Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) and familiarity with innovation processes
• Expertise in Food Technology and Food Science
• Proven experience in Project Management, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Knowledge and understanding of the Food Industry, including trends and compliance standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field is required
• Experience in new product development within a food retail or production environment is advantageous
• Proficiency in communication and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
