On behalf of our client an advanced ICT networking and cybersecurity solutions company, we are seeking for positions of Network System Engineer in Ho Chi Minh with details as below:
Key Responsibilities
- Perform as the Subject Matter Expert on the assigned technologies and products.
- Qualify sales lead and propose best-suit-client need solution.
- Take the lead in RFI/RFP/RFQ tender process such as solution design, technical statement of compliance (SOC), technical proposal, bill of quotation (BOQ) and commercial proposal.
- Conduct a presentation of the offered solution to the customers and clarify technical questions from customers.
- Perform product demonstration/proof of concept session.
- Support sales team by maintaining the relationship with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Receive product updates from the product principal and equip the sales team with the latest product information.
- Design, implement and deploy network or security appliances or solutions into the client's network infrastructure.
- Provide technical consultancy, support and training to clients.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of IT networking hands-on experience in LAN, WAN, wireless or network security environment.
- Network security knowledge: Firewall, WAF, MFA, Switching, Routing, Email Servers, Domain Controller, VM, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, UDP, VoIP, QoS, BGP, OSPF, MPLS.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA or equivalent.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English with good communication skill.
