Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ho Chi Minh City, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. As a Network Growth Manager, you will oversee the development and expansion of the organization's network of schools, partners, or stakeholders. You will manage sales and partnerships, design and execute growth strategies, analyze market trends, and oversee project management initiatives. This position requires regular communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Data Analytics skills to evaluate market trends, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated skills in Sales, with the ability to identify potential growth opportunities and drive business development efforts.
• Proficiency in Project Management for planning, organizing, and completing initiatives effectively and within deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and create innovative solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience working in the education, language learning, or cultural exchange industries is a plus.
