VinFast is expanding rapidly across international markets. We are seeking a Network Expansion Manager to drive the growth and optimization of VinFast's global after-sales service workshop network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong service coverage, consistent quality, and an excellent customer experience as our global vehicle parc grows.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute global service network expansion plans in alignment with VinFast's business strategy and UIO planning.
Define optimal service coverage models (authorized service partners, third-party workshops, mobile service, etc.) for each market.
Identify, evaluate, and engage potential service workshop partners across international markets.
Lead partner discussions and negotiations to establish and expand VinFast's authorized service network.
Propose policies, standards, and incentive programs to accelerate service network expansion and partner onboarding.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Service, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure successful network deployment.
Monitor and assess network performance and effectiveness, using KPIs related to coverage, capacity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on network expansion progress and risks.
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Automotive, or related fields.
Experience in after-sales service network expansion, dealer/service partner development, or international operations.
Strong understanding of automotive service workshop operations and partner management models.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally.
