Network Engineer - Sign contract with PERSOL
Location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Time: Monday - Friday
Purpose of Job Role
Responsible for analyzing, auditing, designing, and optimizing telecom networks based on strong technical expertise. The Network Engineer role covers RAN, Transport, Core, OM, and Services Networks, engaging throughout the full lifecycle from early customer engagement and pre-sales to service delivery and acceptance.
The role is focused on:
- Based on deep technical knowledge to extract insights from network data to deliver high-quality network design, audit, and optimization services according to PSL Client's requirements and customer need and specifications
- Conducting advanced technical network analysis and supporting pre-sales teams (e.g., Solution Architects) in identifying credible business opportunities for services, products, and software sales.
- Be able to work with new PSL Client's analytics solutions related to automation and machine learning tools.
- Working independently to deliver high-quality project outputs within defined service scopes.
- Driving technology innovation to improve project efficiency and develop new solutions and service offerings.
- Providing customer focus and consulting support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in telecom network operations, optimization, or design
- Experience with network performance analysis is plus
- Familiarity with network analytics platforms, and automation solutions is an advantage.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
