Key Responsibilities
Global Service Network Development
- Develop and execute global service network expansion plans in alignment with business strategy.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard service partners, workshops, and authorized service providers in international markets.
- Define and implement global standards for service facilities, tools, equipment, and staffing.
- Support contract negotiation and manage service partner performance.
International Market Setup & Operations
- Support service readiness and operational setup in new markets.
- Provide on-site operational support, coaching, and process implementation.
- Resolve complex operational and customer service issues in overseas markets.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare regular performance and network development reports.
- Recommend strategic and operational improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales, service operations, or service network development.
- Strong English proficiency (professional working level required).
- Willingness and readiness to relocate and work overseas long-term.
- Strong ability to work in multicultural, international environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global automotive OEMs.
- Experience in international service network development.
- Knowledge or experience in electric vehicle service operations is a strong advantage.
