• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using C# / .NET (preferably .NET 8)
• Build and optimize backend services with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability
• Design and implement event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing workflows
• Develop and integrate LLM-powered features (chatbots, AI assistants, automation workflows) into production systems
• Apply RAG, prompt engineering, and other advanced AI patterns to solve real business problems
• Build and maintain conversational AI workflows and AI-enabled backend APIs
• Deploy, monitor, and operate backend services on Microsoft Azure
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
• Perform database performance tuning and troubleshoot production issues
• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders in English to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions
• Work independently, take ownership of features/modules, and deliver tasks end-to-end
• Continuously improve engineering practices and contribute to an AI-first development culture

Must have:

• 5+ years of strong backend engineering experienceusingC# / .NET (preferably .NET 8)
• Proven experience in buildingscalable and high-performance backend systems, including performance optimization andevent-driven architecture
• Solid hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azure cloud services
• Proven experience integratingLLMs(OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) intoproduction systems
• Strong knowledge of advanced AI patterns such asRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)andprompt engineering
• Experience buildingconversational AI workflowsand AI-powered backend services
• Strong commitment toquality-first engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, database performance tuning, and comfort with AI-assisted development tools and culture.
• Good English communication skills, able to work directly with clients
• Ability towork independently, take ownership, and deliver tasks with minimal supervision
