Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Sales Manager based in Qun 4. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing key accounts, overseeing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring financial and operational targets are met. Tasks will include devising business plans, monitoring market trends, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Account Management
  • Experience in Team Management and leadership
  • Ability to analyze market trends and align them with company goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
