Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the company's commercial strategy, integrating sales, marketing, and business development initiatives to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Drive revenue expansion by identifying new markets, strengthening customer relationships, and leading key business development activities.
  • Monitor commercial performance through detailed analysis of financial reports, sales results, and market insights to optimize business decisions.
  • Oversee pricing models, contract negotiations, and commercial terms to ensure healthy margins and long-term business sustainability.
  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts to spot market shifts, assess risks/opportunities, and support continuous improvement in products and services.
  • Enhance customer experience through structured satisfaction programs aimed at improving retention and brand loyalty.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and performance oversight for all Sales & Marketing functions, ensuring strong capability development and effective organizational alignment.
  • Oversee all people-related decisionsincluding recruitment, staff movements, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior commercial leadership position with demonstrated achievements in sales growth, market development, and commercial management.
  • Strong business acumen with deep knowledge of sales operations, marketing strategies, financial analysis, and budgeting processes.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, influence stakeholders, and manage complex commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
