Position Summary
Lead the Retail Sales business across Vietnam, driving sustainable sales growth, profitability, and market expansion. This role is responsible for managing a nationwide sales organization, including 4 Regional Sales Managers and 1 Sales Operations Manager, and reports directly to the Head of Commercial Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Retail Sales Division across Vietnam to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.
- Develop and execute retail business strategies, including market expansion, pricing, sales programs, and distributor development.
- Ensure effective sales execution and operational excellence across all regions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization, including Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Operations team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, painters, and other key customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize project opportunities and business growth.
- Foster a high-performance culture and ensure effective teamwork across departments.
- Drive customer engagement, channel development, and cross-selling initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG, retail, paint, or related industries.
- At least 5 years of sales management experience in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and distribution/retail business operations.
- Knowledge of paint products and industry competitors is an advantage.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proven leadership, people development, and talent management capabilities.
- Strong business development, sales strategy, and key account management skills.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

Direct Reports: 4 Regional Sales Managers and 1 Sales Operations Manager
Coverage: Nationwide (Vietnam) Retail Sales Division.
