About This Role
- As a Multimedia at Skylink Labs, you will be instrumental in developing graphic, video, and AI-powered creative content for MagicSwap. This role involves close collaboration with Marketing and Product teams to produce advertising content and ensure a consistent brand image across international markets. You will leverage various AI tools to enhance creative quality and production efficiency, contributing to the company's mission of simplifying image and video creation.
What we're looking for
Core Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent creative tools.
AI Integration Experience
- Practical experience integrating AI tools into creative production workflows.
Creative & Industry Acumen
- Strong visual taste, awareness of beauty trends, and understanding of female audiences.
- Understanding of creative standards across App Store, Google Play, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate briefs into engaging creative outputs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for AI, Beauty, or Photo and Video Editing applications.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience with creative A/B testing and analyzing advertising performance data.
- Advanced Motion Graphic or 3D production skills.
- Experience coaching or training Junior Designers.
