Motion Designer & Video Editor

The Role

LLAB is looking for a Motion Designer & Video Editor with strong creative taste and a distinct point of view.

We're not looking for safe corporate edits or template-led social content. We want someone who can take a simple brief or ordinary footage and make it feel fresh, energetic, and worth watching.

Technical ability is expected. We're more interested in what you can create with it.

What You'll Do

• Create social videos, campaign films, product content, motion graphics, and branded content.
• Shape edits through strong pacing, music, sound, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Bring static designs to life through animation and motion.
• Develop creative approaches instead of waiting for every detail to be prescribed.
• Adapt work for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Bring references, ideas, and new visual techniques into the creative process.
• Experiment with AI-generated visuals, video, and emerging production tools.

What We're Looking For

• A strong showreel demonstrating taste, energy, originality, and range.
• Around 4–6 years of relevant agency, production, or post-production experience.
• Strong instincts for pacing, composition, typography, music, and sound.
• Work that feels culturally current without simply copying trends.
• Confidence working independently from brief to final delivery.
• Curiosity about design, film, music, fashion, gaming, technology, and internet culture.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

You should be comfortable with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Blender, or AI creative tools is a plus.

We'll be judging the ideas, creative choices, pacing, sound, and overall feeling of the work, not the length of your software list.
